Staying healthy after menopause
After menopause the risk of weak bones (osteoporosis) and heart disease rises. Regular check-ups for blood pressure, sugar and bones are worthwhile.
Call or come in straight away if you have:
- Any bleeding after your periods have stopped for 12 months
